Busy Bee Organisers Limited

CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Busy Bee Organisers Limited will keep any work undertaken confidential, and will provide a confidentiality Agreement before work commences.
  • The business affairs of the Client shall not be discussed or disclosed to any third parties at any time.

 PAYMENTS, COSTS AND BILLING

  • An initial 30 minute Consultation call to assess requirements is complimentary. This can take place via zoom or phone. Any work thereafter is charged at the hourly rate
  • Final proofreading and checking of all work supplied is the responsibility of the client, and Busy Bee Organisers Limited cannot take responsibility for any failures to do so.
  • The Client understands Busy Bee Organisers Limited estimated time and cost for completing the Work is an estimate, and that any additional time that is utilised must be paid for. A full breakdown of allocated time will always be provided and be available to the client.
  • Any errors must be reported within two days of receipt of completed work. Errors generated by Busy Bee Organisers Limited will be fixed free of charge, however amendments or alterations requested by the client thereafter will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
  • If, however, on receipt of the item to be worked on or at an early stage, it becomes apparent that significantly more work is required than had been anticipated in the preliminary discussion/brief, Busy Bee Organisers Limited may renegotiate the fee and/or the deadline.
  • Should on-going project work be suspended or delayed by the client, then Busy Bee Organisers Limited is entitled to immediate payment of work already completed and any expenses occurred as a result.
  • An agreement, in writing or by email, of a set number of hours a week or month may not be carried over to subsequent periods by the client, without prior written agreement from both parties.
  • If the project is based on an hourly rate, then a minimum invoice amount is for one hour and the hourly rate is then billed in increments of 15 minutes, with time rounded up to the nearest fifteen minutes.
  • Clients will be invoiced either after an individual project is completed or on an on-going monthly basis.
  • Payment of invoices will be required after 5 days of receipt
  • It is at Busy Bee Organisers discretion whether work continues after a bill remains unpaid beyond the 5 day payment period.
  • Billable time includes meetings and calls outside of contracted hours, and includes the writing and/or reading of correspondence sent by mail or email.
  • A full time report of billed hours is available upon request and can be issued with the invoice.
  • Payment to be made by bank transfer.
  • Once an invoice becomes overdue, no further work will be undertaken.
  • Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 / GDPR, the Client and the Contractor may keep on record such information (e.g. contact details) as is necessary. Either may view the other’s records to ensure that they are relevant, correct and up to date.
  • Either the Client or the Contractor has the right to terminate a contract for services if there is a serious breach of its terms.

BUSY BEE ORGANISERS WILL:

  • always handle your business affairs in a professional and confidential manner and represent your business in the best possible way.
  • always communicate fairly and honestly with clients, customers, associates, employees and suppliers.
  • represent skills, experience and qualifications of employees of Busy Bee Organisers, in a fair and true way at all times.
  • respect the confidentiality of both your personal and business practices and recognise your ownership of any intellectual copyright pertaining to your business activities.
  • always maintain high professional standards by staying abreast of updates, education and advances within the industry.
  • Busy Bee Organisers will always strive for excellence through professional improvement and development.
  • to keep all acquired personal data safe and secure and ensure it is only used for it’s intended purpose, in accordance with GDPR and all regulations set by the ICO.

NOTICE PERIOD

Busy Bee Organisers Limited requires at least two weeks notice for any termination of Service Level Agreement. Payment of any work already undertaken will be required.

MY WORKING HOURS

Busy Bee Organisers Limited operates Monday – Friday 8am-6pm. Any work requested outside those hours will be dealt with the next working day, unless prior arrangement is made.

COMMUNICATION

Email communication is preferred, however contact is available via phone or zoom as and when required.
